Yes,We ship the U.S.  FOR FREE!

 Now due to special reasons, most of our products are shipped from Wuxi. The express delivery uses China Post, and the delivery time is 12-20 days.

After your successful order, we will deliver the goods as soon as possible.Please allow up  us to process your order before shipment.

Some of our products will be shipped from the United States(Walnut, California, United States), and the delivery time will be faster. Other products will be shipped from Wuxi,China, but you don't need to worry, we will ship to you as soon as possible.Delivery time is 12-20 days.

Each product of Easttop will go through several inspections before shipment. If you receive any damage to the product, please contact us in time. Please enter your shipping information correctly, including the recipient’s full name, street address, e-mail address and phone number. Any incorrect shipping information provided by our customer that finally cause the lost of the package, Easttop would not take the responsibility.

We ship within the United States for free.The logistics method we use is USPS.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or our customer service for help. 

Return and exchange service

You can enjoy the free return and exchange service within 30 days after the product is sold. Be sure to explain the reason clearly.

We will reply within one working day after receiving the email, and refund and exchange within three working days after both parties reach an agreement.
