You can enjoy the free return and exchange service within 30 days after the product is sold. Be sure to explain the reason clearly.

Return process: email us the order number and product problem points in the form of text, picture or video:  support@easttop-harmonica.com

We will reply within one working day after receiving the email, and refund and exchange within three working days after both parties reach an agreement.

Maintenance tips:

Don’t eat while playing the harmonica.

Don’t drink high-viscosity, high-alcohol beverages before playing the harmonica. It’s best to brush your teeth before playing it.

Shaking off the saliva from the holes after playing.

Put the harmonica in a dry place(in the harmonica box) after playing

Don’t lend harmonicas to someone else or borrow it from someone else to avoid the spread of the disease.
