Shubhranill

Shubhranill was born in a village in the year 2003.

He started playing Harmonica at the age of 5, with inspiration of his father initially. After that he was associated with “Banichakra” a renowned music school in Kolkata under the guidance of Sri. Sukanta Ghoshal.

Mostly light Indian and Tagore song was his favourite during that time. Side by side he also learnt little bit of western pieces and pure Indian classical from his teachers Sri Sukanta Ghoshal and Sri Deb Kumar Day.

At the age of 9, he got Indian Harmonica award in all three events i.e Rabindra sangeet, Light Indians and Western classic.

In the year 2015 he got an opportunity to perform in a Tamil film as a background music player and performed in a Bengali film in the year 2019.

In 2019 he got a scholarship from SPAH

Now he is associated with various TV channels in India and a regular performer of a very popular TV reality show called “Zee Bangle Sa-re-ga-ma”.

Apart from Harmonica he likes to play Piano, Melodica and Spanish Guitar also.

His ambition is to be a good music composer in future.
